Mechanical Services Limited, for a term of two (2) years in the total amount of $1,629,485.08 inclusive of HST as per the following; and, November 1, 2023 - October 31, 2024 - $814,742.54 November 1, 2024 - October 31, 2025 - $814,742.54 Total: $1,629,485.08 That the contract include an option for the City (in its sole discretion) to extend the contract for up to four (4) additional one (1) year terms.
