Notices regarding the two Ward Boundary Public Information Meetings scheduled for April 18 at Milliken Mills High School, and May 2, 2005 at Markville Secondary School, beginning at 7:00 p.m., were placed in the local newspapers April 5, 12, 19 and 26.

Two residents only were in attendance 30 minutes after the time appointed for the meeting, and as they had attended the April 18^th meeting and received details of the two (2) proposed options for changing the Ward boundaries in Markham at that time, it was agreed that there was no need to proceed with the meeting this date.

Staff will proceed to prepare a final report to Council for late May or early June, 2005.
