RECOMMENDATION:
That Council support the Evergreen Hospice
ProAm Golf Tournament on Monday, July 19, 2004 at Meadowbrook Golf Club and
recommend one of the following:
1.
To
purchase a foursome at $1000 or
2.
Purchase
a luncheon sponsorship at $1000.
PURPOSE:
This tournament supports Evergreen Hospice
Markham-Stouffville.
FINANCIAL
CONSIDERATIONS:
Individual registration is $225.00 before March
31 and $250 after this date.
Foursome is $1000.00
Sponsorships are from $500 - $2500.
Evergreen Hospice has received $1400 to date in
2004.
