RECOMMENDATION:

That Council receive the request for sponsorship from York Central Hospital Foundation for “Casablanca” Gala on November 5, 2004 at LeParc, Markham.

PURPOSE:

The proceeds from this Gala support the York Central Hospital Foundation.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATIONS:

Diamond Sponsorship is $25,000

Platinum Sponsorship is $10,000

Gold Sponsorship is $5,000

Silver Sponsorship is $4,000

Bronze Sponsorship is $3,000

Account #840 8415840 – Council Table Promotion is over budget as of August 18, 2004.
