THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF MARKHAM

TO AMEND BY-LAW 106-71

BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF MARKHAM THAT BY-LAW NUMBER 336-88 BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:

1. That Schedule 2 of Parking By-Law 336-88 pertaining to “Parking for a Restricted Period” be amended by deleting the following named street:

COLUMN 1		COLUMN 2		COLUMN 3		COLUMN 4
STREET		SIDE		BETWEEN		PERMITTED TIME OR DAYS

Hollingham Road	East		Apple Creek Boulevard and Nadine Crescent		8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday; Maximum 1 hour

2. That Schedule 2 of Parking By-Law 336-88 pertaining to “Parking for a Restricted Period” be amended by adding the following named street:

STREET		SIDE		BETWEEN		PROHIBITED TIME OR DAYS

Hollingham Road	East		A point 60 metres north of Apple Creek Boulevard and Nadine Crescent		8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday; Maximum 1 hour

3. That Schedule 1 of By-law Number 336-88, pertaining to “Prohibited Parking”, be amended by adding the following named street:

4. The By-Law shall come into force and effect upon receiving the third reading by the Council of the Town of Markham and also when authorized signs have been erected.
