TO AMEND BY-LAW 2005 -188

BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF MARKHAM THAT BY-LAW NUMBER 2005 – 188 BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:

1. By deleting to Schedule ‘N’ – Day Time Permit Parking - at the following named streets:

COLUMN 1	COLUMN 2	COLUMN 3	COLUMN 4
STREET	SIDE	BETWEEN	PERMITTED TIME OR DAYS
Country Glen Road	East	House Lot Line 37 and 76 to House Lot Line 45 and 47		8:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday to Sunday
Walkerville Road	East	15.0 meters north of Riverlands Avenue tangent line to 15.0 meters south of Settlement Park tangent line		8:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday to Sunday

2. By deleting to Schedule ‘C’ – Prohibited Parking - at the following named streets:

Country Glen Road	Both	Church Street and Cornell Common Road		Anytime

3. By adding to Schedule ‘N’ – Day Time Permit Parking - at the following named streets:

4. The By-Law shall come into force and effect upon receiving the third reading by the Council of the Town of Markham and also when authorized signs have been erected.
