PANDEMIC STEERING COMMITTEE

Composition

The Pandemic Steering Committee shall be comprised of; Deputy Mayor Frank Scarpitti, Chair, Regional Councillor Jack Heath, One (1) representative of IBM, One (1) representative of York Region Health Services, One (1) representative of York Central Hospital, One (1) representative of Markham Stouffville Hospital, One (1) representative of York Region Separate School Board, One (1) representative of York Region District School Board, One (1) representative of Markham Board of Trade, the Commissioner of Community and Fire Services, and the Director of Corporate Communications.

Mandate

The specific duty of the Pandemic Steering Committee shall be, but not be limited to, the completion of a Pandemic Readiness Emergency Plan.
