SCHEDULE “A”

CALCULATION OF ANNUAL LICENSE FEE

The annual licence fee shall be calculated based on a fee charged for each TSC member as of the TSC Assessment Date as follows:

For the year:

· January 1 to December 31, 2005 – No Fee per member, based on membership as of December 31, 2004.

· January 1 to December 31, 2006 – $20.00 per member, based on membership as of December 31, 2005.

· January 1 to December 31, 2007 – $23.00 per member, based on membership as of December 31, 2006.

· January 1 to December 31, 2008 – $23.00 per member, based on membership as of December 31, 2007.

· January 1 to December 31, 2009 – $25.00 per member, based on membership as of December 31, 2008.

For the purpose of determining the number of members, the TSC Assessment Date shall be March 31 of the current year (ie- for the 2005 license year the TSC Assessment Date shall be March 31, 2005). In the event that membership is less than 750 members as of the TSC Assessment Date in any given license year, the TSC and the Town agree that the annual license fee for that year shall be calculated based on a minimum membership of 750 members. The membership list declaring the membership as of March 31 of each year of assessment, with names and addresses, will be provided to the Town of Markham Recreation Services Department by March 31 of each year of the agreement. Payments of the annual license fee shall be made to the Town on or before April 30 of each year within the agreement.
