RECOMMENDATION:

That Council purchase a Corporate Table of 10 at $3,500 for the Markham Stouffville Hospital “The Kit Kat Club” Gala on Friday, April 7, 2006. The evening will be at Le Parc Dining & Banquet facility.

PURPOSE:

The event is a fundraiser for Markham Stouffville Hospital

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATIONS:

Presenting Sponsor - $30,000

Platinum Sponsor - $17,000

Gold Sponsor - $12,000

Silver Sponsor - $6,000

Corporate Table - $3,500

Individual Tickets - $350.00

Cost to be charged to Account #840 8415840 for Markham Stouffville Hospital not to exceed $4,000 in 2006.
