A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 106-71

BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF MARKHAM THAT BY-LAW NUMBER 106-71 BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:

1. By adding to Schedule 9 - Prohibited Turns - at the following locations:

COLUMN 1	COLUMN 2	COLUMN 3	COLUMN 4
INTERSECTION OR PORTION OF ROAD	DIRECTION	TURN PROHIBITTED	TIMES OR DAYS

Brimley Road and Lee Avenue	Northbound on Brimley Road	Left turn from Brimley Road onto Lee Avenue	7-9 AM; Any Day
Brimley Road and Lee Avenue	Southbound on Brimley Road	Right turn from Brimley Road onto Lee Avenue	7-9 AM; Any Day

2. The By-law shall come into force and effect upon receiving the third reading by the Council of the Town of Markham and also when authorized signs have been erected.
