THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF MARKHAM

TO AMEND BY-LAW 106-71

BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF MARKHAM THAT BY-LAW NUMBER 106-71 BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:

1. That Schedule “14” of General Traffic By-Law 106-71 pertaining to “Heavy Truck Prohibition” be amended by adding the following named streets:

COLUMN 1	COLUMN 2	COLUMN 3
STREET	BETWEEN	TIME / DAY
Main Street Markham South	James Scott Road / Princess Street and Highway 7	Anytime
Main Street Markham North	Highway 7 and 16^th Avenue	Anytime

2. That Schedule “14” of General Traffic By-law 106-71 pertaining to “Heavy Truck Prohibition” be amended by deleting the following named street:

COLUMN 1	COLUMN 2	COLUMN 3
STREET	BETWEEN	TIME / DAY
Main Street	Highway 7 and Sixteenth Avenue (South limit of Lot 16 in Concessions 7 & 8)	Anytime

3. The By-Law shall come into force and effect on June 1, 2006 and also when the authorized signs have been erected.
