A By-law to amend By-law
No. 2002-276
being a by-law to impose fees or charges for services or activities
provided or done by the Town of
WHEREAS paragraph 391(a) of the Municipal Act,
2001, S.O. 2001, c.25 authorizes municipalities to pass by-laws imposing fees
or charges on any class of persons for services or activities provided or done
by or on behalf of it;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF
THE TOWN OF
1. That By-law No. 2002-276 be amended by adding the following fees to Schedule “A”, under a new category Community Services – Asset Management:

2. All
other provisions of By-Law 2002-276, except as herein amended, which are
inconsistent with the provisions of this By-Law shall continue to apply.
