explained by Lorne Smith ·
Progress is being made ·
Copy right issues are slowing the processes down as process has
changed since last book and people in these photos are still alive. ·
Additionally, it is taking more time as a data base of all the
information is being compiled. ·
Estimated the book to be completed and ready for sale by Fall 2007 ·
Gunter Langhorst commented that accuracy and substance is the more
important then speeding up release date of the book. |

Randy Barber is currently recruiting members and sponsors ·
Committee meeting to be held on May 15th at ·
General agreement to see more of a focus on the auction as it gives a
little something more to the event ·
Suggestion give to auction off the major items, approximately 7, live
instead of including them in the silent auction element. ·
A Grand Prize Draw, which brings in some level of money i.e. must buy
a ticket, was also suggested ·

Manager’s
Report |

Mr. Humphrey’s presentation went very well and he has donated
prototypes and patents to the museum.
He has also given us a connection to the plastics pioneers who are
interested in developing a museum. ·

Unit in regards to the conservation of the Report

Board discussed the low level of education programs currently
participated in on site and the possible reasoning for the lack of demand. ·
