Considerations:

ÿ        In 2009, the majority of the Committee's time was devoted to the production of the 2010 pet calendar.  For 2010, with lessons learned and a streamlined calendar process, the Committee will be able to devote more of its time and efforts to its other goals.

Financial Considerations

In 2009, the Committee raised $14,637, spent $6,469.21, for a net profit of $8,167.79.  The majority of the monies raised came from the sale of the 2010 pet calendar.

The following is the 2010 budget for the 2011 pet calendar.  Additional monies will be raised from donations through the Town's animal licensing program and at community events.
