By-law to amend By-law No. 2002-284

a By-law to Establish Licence Fees for the Town of Markham

(Delete and replace Appendix 1 to reflect the change in the Consumer Price Index)

WHEREAS Council has approved the annual increase of user fees and service charges to reflect the change in the Consumer Price Index, based on the April Index each year;

AND WHEREAS Council has approved the incorporation of late fees into the By-law;

NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF MARKHAM HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

1. That Appendix 1 to By-law 2002-284, a by-law to establish licence fees for the Town of Markham, be deleted and replaced with the Appendix 1 attached hereto.
