I, Mayor Frank Scarpitti, hereby call all Members of Council to a Special Meeting of Council to be held on July 28, 2016 at 9:00 AM in the Council Chamber, 101 Town Centre Boulevard, for the purpose of considering the following matters:

 

 

1.         DISCLOSURE OF PECUNIARY INTEREST

 

 

 

2.         REPORT OF COMMISSIONER OF DEVELOPMENT SERVICES

            Memo

 

1)         That the memorandum dated July 20, 2016 titled “Hold Removal By-law, Shining Hill Homes (John) Inc., 360 John Street Thornhill (North side of John Street between Bayview Avenue and Aileen Road, File No. ZA 15 108797” be received; and,

 

2)         That the attached zoning by-law to remove the holding provision from zoning of the Shining Hill Homes (John) Inc. property at 360 John Street (Plan 2382, Pt Lot 6 & Lot 13), be enacted; and,

 

3)         That Council approves a transfer of servicing allocation to this development that is not dependent upon the completion of infrastructure; and,

 

4)         That staff be authorized and directed to do all things necessary to give effect to this resolution.

 

 

 

3.         BY-LAWS

 

That By-law 2016-89 be given three readings and enacted.
